Vinod Sudhakar is the Head of Technology at The Akshaya Patra Foundation, where he leads the organisation's technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. He is driving the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics to strengthen one of the world's largest school meal programmes, helping serve over 2.4 million children with hot, nutritious meals every day across India.

Prior to joining The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Vinod spent much of his career with leading Wall Street financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Barclays. During this time, he led the development and support of mission-critical technology platforms used by investment bankers, traders, and risk managers, delivering large-scale enterprise solutions across global financial markets.

Drawing on his experience in high-performance financial services and applying it to the social sector, Vinod is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to create meaningful impact at scale. He is currently leading AI-driven initiatives across supply chain, procurement, fundraising, finance, and kitchen operations, enabling technology to play a pivotal role in Akshaya Patra's mission of eliminating classroom hunger through hot, nutritious meals.
