
Ms. Biswas is the Head of the NuSocia Translational Research Center, where she leads the organization's work at the intersection of evidence and social development. Prior to her current leadership role, she honed her expertise in rigorous evaluation and research methodologies at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). In her work, Ms. Biswas applies a systems thinking lens to dissect complex social initiatives and advocate for more equitable and effective implementation. Her published research includes "Upskilling for Women: A Clarion Call or a Gender-biased Solution?" in the Economic and Political Weekly, "A theory of change roadmap for universal health coverage in India" in Frontiers in Public Health, and an "Evidence gap map of performance measurement and management in primary healthcare systems" in BMJ Global Health, contributing significantly to the discourse on workforce development and health systems.Ms. Biswas received her Master of Public Health from The George Washington University.
