As the Head of Portfolio Sourcing, Nitida leads the team responsible for identifying ventures best positioned to leverage Rippleworks’ support and partners with leading investors, funders, and ecosystem partners globally.Prior to Rippleworks, Nitida had several roles building health-focused social businesses. At SC Johnson (SCJ) she provided strategic direction to support the delivery of the Base of the Pyramid team’s mission by creating access to and delivering affordable product offerings through market-driven models in both Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. At Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) in Kenya, she supported the development of social businesses in Ghana and Kenya.
