Vineet Saraiwala is the founder & CEO at Atypical Advantage, India's largest livelihood platform for Persons with Disabilities. Whether it is a singer looking for a show, a visual artist looking to sell their paintings, or freelancers/full-time job seekers with Disabilities looking for a career opportunity, Atypical Advantage creates a level playing field, so that Persons with Disabilities can earn a dignified income. He has pursued his post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B) & strongly believes that generation of compassion is the only way to make the world a better place. He is also an avid trekker, marathoner, endurance cyclist & a lifelong volunteer. Vineet was also felicitated by the President of India with the National Award, for building the Best Placement Organization for Persons with Disabilities. Vineet’s pitch on Shark Tank India was widely credited for mainstreaming Inclusion across the country.
